Q: How long will my product take to ship?

A: Shipping usually happens once payment is fully processed and clears, which sometimes can take from an hour to three days.  This sometimes gives the buyer a little time to cancel the order before all of the magic happens, but not usually, there are times when everything may go through almost immediately you'll receive a tracking number. 

Q: Where is my Product taking so long?

A: We kindly ask for your patience. We decide to sell some of the most beneficial yet, least thought of items, that some people don't realize that might come in handy for them until they see it actually displayed there, right in front of them.  We try to pick some of the most useful products which sometimes have longer shipping times due to demand and other factors such as the location of the warehouse.  Shipping and delivery times range from a couple of days to (honestly) a few months(rarely). Sometimes during this process cancellations may began to occur on our end and refunds are sent to you because of out of stock items, discontinued items and even issues with shipping.  We just ask that you are patient with us while we try to keep things rolling but please by all means necessary fill out as many forms as needed until you receive your shipment because you are important to us.

Q: Where is my tracking number? 

A: You will receive a tracking number as soon as you order is fully processed and ready to be shipped which could be immediately to up to 3 days or even 5 days.

Q: Where is my refund?

A:  Please refer to the REFUND POLICY and reach out to customer service. If your order was cancelled but a payment was processed it may take up to seven days to receive a REFUND depending on the banks involved.  In some cases the money may have not been fully released and in a pending state and may be reverse or released from a hold which may take a few days.  Please check your bank's account summary for the actual transaction after a day to insure it is still there it is also possible that you stopped the entire process in time and that your card wasn't yet charged.

Q: Can I exchange a faulty product?

A: If you received a faulty product, please CONTACT Customer Service As soon as possible, (as you have a small time frame to report it which is 3 days after receiving the product) before doing anything else, for instruction toward the next steps.

Q:  Do you have a loyalty program? 

A:  As of yet, we do not have a loyalty program, unfortunately; but we are working on it as we speak to reward our loyal customers.  Be one of the first to know when we do implement the program by signing up for our newsletter.

Q: Can I use two discounts in one transaction?

 A:  As of now, No, you can only use one discounted price at a time however your are allowed to enjoy the shipping promotions along with the discounts.

Q: How do I contact customer service?  

A:  You can CONTACT customer service by clicking on the contact link and filling out a CONTACT US FORM so that a representative could contact you. IMPORTANT: Please leave a valid email address and your name in order to get a response, without this information we are unable to reach out to you. During regular business hours you are also able to chat with a live agent when available.

Q: What are your business hours?

A:  Our business hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday to reach a live agent; However, you can reach us 24/7 by using the Contact Us form and as soon as someone is available they will contact you.  It is very seldom that Live agents are available on weekends but we are working on it.

Q: Can I get a refund if I changed my mind? 

A: Unfortunately, in most cases you are not able to receive a refund due to terms and conditions stated in the refund policy, but there are certain circumstances that may qualify for a refund such a problems with the order or problems on our end.  Please refer to the REFUND POLICY for details.  However, there are some cases where the order is cancelled in time before the order is fully processed, so the sooner you can CONTACT a representative to hopefully stop the process the better.

Q: Can I contact someone after hours?

A:  Absolutely! That's is the good thing about forms, an agent can receive the message as soon as they are available and contact you regarding the matter oppose to waiting to speak with an agent during business hours, sometimes by that time you might have forgotten your question.

Q: Why was my order cancelled? 

A: Your order could have been cancelled for multiple reasons such as: insufficient funds, a discontinued product, credential problems including invalid mailing address or inaccurate card information that causes a decline, but the best way to find out would be to CONTACT Customer Service.

Q: MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, WHERE IS MY         MONEY?

Q:  Why is my shipment taking so long?

A:   We apologize, but please allow processing time which may take longer with some items, and since we sell products that are in high demand we ask  that you expect longer shipping times, ranging between two and four weeks.

Q:  Can I return my item if I don't like it?

A:   We apologize but we ONLY offer returns on items that are defective, faulty, broken or does not match order details prior to delivery, otherwise all sales are final. 

Q:  Is there a time limit on qualifying returns?

A:     Yes, You can return items in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.  You may want to consider purchasing tracking when returning your item(s) as a precautionary measure because we can not guarantee that we will receive your shipment which may interfere with your refund becoming fully processed.  Please refer to the return policy.

Q:   Do you accept Credit cards?

 A: Yes, we accept major credit cards as well as Paypal, however some prepaid debit cards may not work as well.
